Not all invoices have been approved for the end of month close?
With the DATEV Buchungsdatenservice, you can now easily export your documents and transactions to DATEV Rechnungswesen. You can export open approvals directly as provisions. This saves you manual effort and time.

DATEV Buchungsdatenservice

The Buchungsdatenservice enables self-bookers to export booking data with the corresponding document images directly to DATEV Rechnungswesen. This means that you can now also transfer provisions and reverse them as soon as the invoice has been approved. This way your BWAs are complete every month, and you save yourself manual effort at the end of the month.
In the future, the Buchungsdatenservice will allow us to build further features, such as the export of accruals and master data.

Creation and reversal of provisions

In Candis, provisions are automatically created and exported for invoices that have not yet been approved. You also transfer the reversals of the provisions via the interface. This saves you time and manual effort when closing the month.
