  • Yes, you can manage any number of organizations independently of each other in Candis. But you always have everything in view.

  • No. Candis is very intuitive and clear. Approvers only see what is relevant to them. This makes it easier to work with the tool, even if you don't come from a financial background.

  • In principle, Candis does not offer any processing of the notifications. What customers can do, however, is upload health insurance notifications, approve them and export them together with all invoices to the accounting software.

  • If an invoice is incorrect, you can contact suppliers directly from Candis and request a correct invoice.

  • You can add attachments to every invoice, e.g. delivery bills. But we also have a solution if you want to manage documents and contracts.

  • Thanks to our Candis mobile app, approvals can be carried out from anywhere using a smartphone.
