Only uploaded invoices and contracts are charged. Other documents such as quotations, delivery bills or payment confirmations that serve as attachments to invoices and contracts can be uploaded free of charge.
A contract duration of 12, 24 or 36 months can be selected. You can switch to a higher package at any time, and to a lower one with 3 months' notice before the end of the contract period. The contract can be cancelled 3 months before the end of the contract period.
At Candis, the initial implementation, onboarding, data storage (without limitation), and continuous support are always included. There are no hidden fees.
Once you have decided on Candis, the onboarding process begins. Candis is ready for use after the first appointment! Find out more about the onboarding process here!

Don't worry! Our support team will contact you proactively if you exceed your initially chosen limit. You can then adjust the limit if necessary. Nothing will change in the selected package.
