We develop Candis for finance teams so they can do their best work. We are therefore primarily looking for finance professionals of all types, from CFO/Managing Director:in to Head of Finance & Accounting and Accountant:in or Controller:in. However, other employees of a company who are involved in the selection of software solutions, such as IT/technical staff, can also participate. It does not matter whether they are already Candis customers or not.

We need certain information about you and the company you work for in order to better assign you to studies. Information we need includes name, email address, job title, size of company, etc.

Yes, all data you fill in the form will be treated securely, confidentially and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). See also our privacy policy. We will use your data only for the selection of the participants of the studies. Your data will not be shared with third parties.

Participants are selected by Candis according to specific profile criteria. These are based on the requirements of the study. For example, for a new feature in the approval process, we may only want to talk to users who have a certain number of incoming invoices per month. Or if we are researching a new concept, we may only want to talk to non-customers.

If your profile is a match for one of our studies, we will notify you by email or in some cases by phone. We will provide you with information about the study, further steps and compensation, and you can then determine if you want to participate. We may ask you to answer a few additional questions in a short questionnaire.

Surveys and studies take place regularly. However, participants are selected by Candis according to certain profile criteria, which are based on our requirements. This means that not every person can participate.

There are no restrictions on the number or frequency of participation in our studies. However, we want to avoid talking to the same participants often or within a short period of time, or testing new features with "regular" participants.

This depends on the type of study. Participants:who fit the profile of the study will be informed about the length of the study. Product Development & Innovation interviews usually last between 15 and 60 minutes. Beta tests can run over several days. Plan for 30-45 minutes / day or phase. Surveys can usually be answered online within a few minutes.

Yes, absolutely! We want to hear your opinion about our ideas and new concepts.

You will receive either an Amazon gift card as compensation for your time. The amount of the voucher depends on the type of survey and the participation time. Vouchers range from 5 to 15 EUR for surveys and 25 to 150 EUR for interviews. However, they can also be more.
Or you can donate the amount you are entitled to to The Ocean Cleanup organization and do some good! Just tell us before you start your participation that you would prefer to make a donation instead of the Amazon voucher. Candis will then make the donation on your behalf and let you know afterwards.

Amazon vouchers are so-called expense allowances that are not subject to taxation under the Income Tax Act due to Section 20 (3) Sentence 1 of the Act on the Implementation of the Census in 2022. They are therefore exempt from tax and social security contributions.

The majority of our studies are not confidential and can be shared with third parties. If we are going to share confidential information with you in conversations, we will tell you in advance. A confidentiality agreement is not necessary.

We are very grateful for your participation and feedback or impressions we get from you in our studies. The goal of our various studies is to learn from you and other financial experts in order to develop the best solution for you. All feedback from participants is thoroughly analyzed by the relevant Candis teams and considered for decision-making. However, not all feedback can be acted upon, for example, if it does not align with Candis' goals. We will make every effort to notify participants by email once their feedback has been successfully implemented.

To participate in our studies, you usually only need a computer (PC, Mac) with a microphone and possibly a camera (not mandatory) as well as a stable internet connection. We conduct interviews via Zoom (https://zoom.us/), which you can use via your internet browser. You do not need to install anything.

We do surveys on our product, company and also on other topics such as finance, accounting, invoice management or the general use of software and media.
