Häufig gestellte Fragen zur ADDISON-Schnittstelle
Der Export aus Candis erfolgt über ein DATEV-XML-Format, das von ADDISON verarbeitet werden kann. Die XML-Datei wird in Candis erzeugt und anschließend in ADDISON importiert.
Stammdaten können per CSV-Import in Candis eingelesen werden. Unterstützt werden unter anderem Kreditoren, Sachkonten, Kostenstellen sowie Zahlungsbedingungen.
An ADDISON werden die im Rahmen der Belegverarbeitung erfassten Informationen übergeben. Dazu zählen insbesondere Geschäftspartner, Sachkonto, Steuerschlüssel, Kostenstelle oder Kostenträger, Gesamtbetrag und Rechnungsnummer.
Rechnungen stehen zum Export bereit, sobald sie den Freigabeprozess in Candis vollständig durchlaufen haben. Die entsprechende XML-Datei kann anschließend generiert und in ADDISON importiert werden.
Nach dem Export sind Rechnungen in Candis festgeschrieben und können dort nicht mehr geändert werden. Anpassungen sind weiterhin in ADDISON möglich. Diese Änderungen werden jedoch nicht zurück nach Candis übertragen.
