You can easily upload your contracts by drag & drop or by simply forwarding emails.   • All administrators and requesters can currently access and edit uploaded contracts. Approvers can only view contracts if they have been added as a responsible person or person to be informed. We are also currently developing a new role concept that will allow you to assign access rights much more precisely. This will give you even better control over who can see and do what.

  • In the contract storage, you can simply select the period in which you would like to be reminded before the cancellation period expires and specify the person responsible for the contract. You also have the option of adding up to 10 more people who should be informed about the contract. When the set time has been reached, all the people stored in the contract will automatically receive a contract reminder by e-mail. This ensures that you and your team never miss an important deadline again.
