Easy data transfer

Direct integrations

For your accounting, you can transfer invoice data including the required pre-assignment, document images, process documentation, accruals and master data directly to DATEV at the touch of a button. This also applies to ERP systems such as SAP Business One, Sage 100 or Microsoft Business Central: master data and invoices are automatically transferred from one system to the other. In SAP Business One, orders and goods receipts can also be synchronized - so that you can also process your goods invoices seamlessly.

  • Thanks to the integrated interface, there is constant communication between Candis and DATEV Unternehmen online. If the export of an invoice from Candis to DATEV Enterprise online has failed, the export history shows exactly what the problem was. Examples of a failed export could be: your own PC crashes, the internet connection is interrupted or maintenance work on the part of DATEV.

  • In Candis you can export as often as you like with just one click. Our permanent connection to DATEV Unternehmen online eliminates the need to log in.

  • As a licensed interface partner, Candis guarantees smooth export to DATEV. Only solutions that are regularly technically tested by DATEV and meaningfully complement DATEV are listed as official partners. In addition, we have our own internal DATEV specialists who will support you in setting up and answering all your questions about DATEV.
