  • Yes, when you receive a credit line, you issue a SEPA direct debit mandate for your business account and the money is then collected from there!

  • It depends on your billing cycle. Here we offer 3 variants: Weekly, 2-weekly or monthly.

  • Yes, you have 75 days right to cancel payments. You can contact us directly in these cases and we will review the case.

  • There are no limits or additional costs regarding the number of virtual credit cards. Physical credit cards are limited to one per person and are also included in the package.

  • Cardholders can block their own cards and request limit changes. Card managers can block all cards and also adjust limits.

  • For customers who have a substantial transaction volume through Candis credit cards, we provide a cashback incentive of 0.5%. Please note that the cashback amount is capped at the total value of your Candis license.
