  • No. We deliberately talk to people who don't use Candis – their perspective is just as valuable when we explore new concepts.

  • Only when a project matches your profile. That can be several times a quarter – or not for months. There is no fixed interval.

  • No. Your registration for the research panel is not used for sales or marketing. You will only receive invitations to research projects.

  • A voucher whose value depends on the format: €5–15 for surveys, up to €100 for interviews. Alternatively, we will donate the amount to The Ocean Cleanup in your name – just let us know before you take part.

  • Yes. All information is treated confidentially and in line with the GDPR, used solely to select research participants and never shared with third parties. You can find details in our privacy policy.

  • One email to research@candis.io is enough. Your withdrawal takes effect immediately.
